Art Therapy Open Studio is a community space for individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels, to come together to tap into the healing power of art as a means of self-expression and personal growth. In these sessions, individuals are provided with art materials and their own personal space to explore their emotions and thoughts through spontaneous artistic expression, which is supported by a trained art therapist on-site.
This will be in a group setting and take place weekly, with the intention of providing a supportive group for the community. The therapist will make recommendations if individual therapy support and interventions are needed if the individual is unable to continue in a group setting.

With less than 1% availability of commerical farming space, residents in Singapore's urban landscape can still help to realize Singapore's goal of 30% independent food production by the year 2030.
