Whenever possible, we recommend to order a sample before moving to the bulk order. This practice allows you to examine the item and its quality. For any return request, we accept unworn, unused, and un-customized or personalized items within 14 days from the date of purchase provided the product that you received differs in quality. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any merchandise that is returned without its packaging or that is worn or used, may not qualify for a return. All products that have been customized or personalized (etched, printed, embroidered, etc.) are not eligible for return unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or have been damaged in shipping. Fine jewelry, consumable food products, alcohol, bespoke and gift hamper sets are not eligible for returns unless defective, expired or damaged. If you receive a defective item or an item was damaged in transit, please do provide us its photographic images at the time of arrival within 2 days of receipt and we will happily replace the item with a new item upon the agreed timeline. Please note, any item that arrive damaged from shipping must be reported to Market for Good within 2 days of receipt of the item.
