How to get there:

MEETING POINT

The class will be held at the Hilltop Plaza in One North Park which is a 5-10 minute walk from Buona Vista MRT or One North MRT. Once entering the park, take the stairs or winding path to the top of the hill, where you will find a paved area (next to NTU Alumni Club).

How to prepare:

Please bring:

-Yoga Mat or Big Towel

-Water Bottle

Optional:

-Yoga Strap

-Yoga Block

IMPORTANT

- Please gather at least 10 minutes before class for registration and temperature checks. Participants will be required to do Safe Entry by scanning the QR code or token.

- The class is strictly limited to 30 participants due to government regulations.

- In line with safe distancing regulations, mats must be 2 metres apart from each other and participants must distance and wear masks at all times, and there must be no mingling before or after class.

- There will be no physical adjustments from the teacher during the class.
