The Sea Monkey Project is a social enterprise aiming for ocean plastic solution and education. We were founded by the Steenland Family from Australia who sailed accross Asia. Sydney Steenland started the project at 12 years old and still actively speaks about plastic pollution to spread awareness.

What we do
1. Created the community based mobile plastic recycling machine and its molds.
2. Upcycle plastic waste like fishing net, straws and more into practical items
3. Offer income opportunities from upcycled plastic item production to undeserved communities. The one we are working with now are refugees and native mothers whom face poverty.
4. Create educational content and spread awareness about the plastic crisis and sustainability
